Girls Games with Horses

For animal lovers, our Flash Horse Dress-up games are a wonderful way to pass the time. Some of them are even based on children's cartoons - like the Ponyz show. Other games in this category are more generic but still offer lots of fun for kids of all ages. Dressing a horse may not sound like fun, but once you start playing, we think you're going to change your mind about this.
One of the best Flash Horse Dress-up games we have at the moment is Make a Pony which allows you to create your own pony and outfit it with accessories and more. If that's not to your liking, you can also try Ponyz Show or Unicorn Dress up, which are two similar video games based around fashion for horses. The great thing about our Horse Dress-up games is that they're free to play online. Because of this, you can take our time to play different ones until you find something you really like. Just make sure you don't look a gift horse in the mouth! In all seriousness, if you're a horse lover who also happens to be a gamer, check out one of the titles on this page.

Mom of teen seeks like-minded single parents
We (myself and my 13 yo son) are moving to or around Sausalito by end of August. We would love to connect with other single parents and their teens (ages 13-15) to establish community support and shared fun times.
About us: we enjoy camping, travel, animals (esp. horses/dogs/cats), hiking, being in or at least close to water, reading, city excursions, good conversation and exuberant play.
Individually, I (the mom) have varied interests such as cafe poetry readings, writing, painting, nature, mystical experience, women's studies, Irish folklore, community building, storytelling, healing of body/mind/spirit, independent films, ritual as medicine, organic living, cob building, deep body wisdom, childbirth as a rite of passage, sacred circle gatherings, etc
American Indian Boarding School Experience
Hi, My Lakota Grandmother was sent from her home in South Dakota to boarding school in Penn. around the turn of the century. The following is a newsletter that was published on a weekly basis and is sent to friends and family who had a connection with the school.
It gives readers more of an insight of life during those times. I think you might find it interesting reading.
Many of the letter that my grandmother wrote during her stay at Carisle are housed in the National Archive in D.C. It was very moving to visit the archives and be able to read and touch my grandmothers letters
